Who should attend?

This ScrumMaster seminar is intended to anyone who wants a deep understanding of Scrum. This includes team members, Product Owners, ScrumMasters and other stakeholders. However, the course has a stronger emphasis on the role of ScrumMaster.

What will you learn?

This 2-day course helps you learn Scrum in depth, from theory to practice.

Scrum is an Agile software development process, which is a simple but very powerful management framework for incremental product development. It is particularly suited to complex and high risk products with constant changes, where frequently delivering better value to the client is highly desired.

In this 2-day course, which has the same value and goals as a Certified ScrumMaster course, we will use presentations, exercises, simulations and case studies to let you be able to:

Why this course?

Brenda Bao is herself a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) and a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). She is therefore recognized by the ScrumAlliance as one of the few persons in China with the most valuable Scrum experience.

Details

It is expected for participants to have the basic knowledge about Scrum. You may read the official Scrum Guide (in English or Chinese), the Scrum Primer, or any of the Scrum books.

The course will start at 9am, and end before 6pm.
