• Agile methodologies can not and should not be imposed on development teams if they really understand them but still do not want to use them.
• We do not want to help companies to become Agile because it sounds nice, but we want to help them to become great. Great for how they deliver, how they can innovate and how their individuals are satisfied with their jobs. So far, Agile methods are the best way we have found for this.
